Admission Procedure - Anand Niketan Mehsana

Enquiry form to be collected from reception
Completely filled Enquiry form is to be submitted to Admissions Incharge
Admission form can be collected from Admissions Incharge for Rs. 100 as form and processing fee
Duly filled form should be submitted to the Admissions Incharge on working days between 9am to 3pm (Monday to Saturday)

The documents required along with admission form are:

4 passport size photo of child
Photocopy of Birth Certificate of Child
Photocopy of Bonafide Certificate in case of admission of KG1, KG2 and Std 1
Photocopy of Mark sheet of previous grade (for Std 2 to 12)
1 photo of parent (Father and Mother)
Self-attested Photocopy of Identity Proof of Parents (Passport or Driving License or Pan Card or Election Card or Aadhaar Card)
Self-attested Photocopy of Address Proof of Parents (Passport or Driving License or Election Card or Aadhaar Card) In case of rented, the Rent Agreement
In case of Name/ Surname change, Affidavit is Mandatory
Once admission is confirmed ‘Original Leaving Certificate’ to be submitted in a week

Written test with multiple choice questions for Math, Science and English is conducted for Standard 3 onwards
An interaction of both Parents and Child is scheduled with the Headmistress / Principal by Admissions Incharge for all completely filled admission forms
The date and time of interaction is conveyed to Parents
The result of admission confirmation/ rejection will be available within 7 working days
The Admissions Office will call all parents whose child’s admission is confirmed and inform about the same along with the amount of fee to be paid

After receiving call for admission confirmation, both parents are expected to meet the Admissions Incharge within 2 to 3 working days to take a brief of fee payment and to sign the Parent Undertaking
Fees to be paid in Accounts section or as briefed by Admissions Incharge
Payment of fees can also be done any of the HDFC branches nearest/convenient to you
