Withdrawal Procedure
- For mid-term withdrawal, in Term 1 (April to September) or in Term 2 (October to March) , an application will be accepted for genuine reasons and on payment of the ongoing Term Fees
- For end of session withdrawal, an application is required to be submitted in the office on or before 31st December, failing to which fees of one quarter will have to be paid
Transfer Certificate
To obtain a transfer certificate the following official procedure need to be completed:
- A written application needs to be submitted to obtain a withdrawal form
- Ensure that the withdrawal form is submitted at least 3 weeks before requesting a TC
- All library books must be surrendered
- All dues must be cleared
